With more than 30 years of culinary experience across Southern Alberta, Chef Rob Rogers brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and an honest approach to cooking. A graduate of SAIT’s Professional Cooking Program, he built his career in some of the region’s respected kitchens and country clubs before opening Cattlejack’s Prime Rib & Steakhouse in Okotoks in 1996.

Over the years, Rob has become a familiar face in the Foothills community, where he has raised his family and built lasting relationships through his love of food and hospitality. His commitment to quality, genuine cooking and memorable dining experiences continues to shape his work today.

Nichole Mowbray

Nichole Mowbray comes with 20 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry - five years of that being in managing a large catering business. Nichole moved to High River in 1999 and fell in love with the beauty of the Foothills and everything High River had to offer for raising a young family.

Nichole specializes in communicating with the client to design their menu, answer any questions a client has and to make their event everything they want it to be.

From weddings, dinner parties, and barbecues to corporate lunches and banquets, Nichole can confidently execute every event. Nichole thrives on creating custom experiences, getting to bring a client’s vision to life, and feeling the exhilaration of seeing an event from the initial planning through to execution.
